Ilam province

     Ilam Province

     Ilam Province  is one of the 31 provinces of Iran . It is located in the western  part  of the  country ,

     sharing 425  kilometers of border with Iraq , and also bordering on the provinces of  Kermanshah ,

     Lurestan, and Khuzestan. Ilam Twon is the capital of Ilam province.The population of the province

     is approximately 600,000 people (2015 estimate). Ilam province has the second source of oil and

      gas in Iran. 68.1% of population settled in cities and 31.8 in villages.
